The basics

By placing an order with RVS Duds you're agreeing to these terms. We've written them in plain English because life's too short for legal waffle. If something isn't clear, just email us at deb@rvsduds.com and we'll sort it out.

Who we are

RVS Duds is the clothing arm of Ruby Vehicle Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We're based in Shropshire and we make things properly.

Ordering

When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — it doesn't yet mean we've accepted it. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if something has gone wrong our end, such as a stock error or pricing mistake.

Shipping

We ship to UK addresses only.

Teemill products — tees, hoodies, printed caps and beanies are printed on demand and shipped directly by Teemill. Delivery times are typically 3-5 working days. Please refer to Teemill's own shipping information for full details.

RVS Duds own stock — beanies, caps and one-off pieces ship from us directly via Royal Mail standard delivery. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receiving your order. Delivery is typically 2-5 working days once dispatched.

We'll send you a confirmation when your order is on its way.

The Originals — one-off pieces

Our handmade flat caps, trucker jackets and other one-off pieces are exactly that — one of a kind, numbered and made by hand from deadstock and recycled fabrics.

Because every piece is unique and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on one-off pieces unless the item arrives faulty or damaged. Please choose carefully and don't hesitate to email us before ordering if you have any questions about a specific piece.

Returns — Teemill products

Teemill products are covered by Teemill's own returns policy. If something isn't right with a printed product please contact Teemill directly in the first instance via their website. We're happy to help if you get stuck.

Returns — RVS Duds own stock

If you've received a faulty or damaged item from our own stock, please email deb@rvsduds.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order details and a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.

We don't currently accept returns on non-faulty items from our own stock range. If you're unsure about sizing or have questions before you buy, just ask — we'd rather you got the right thing first time.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Just get in touch.

Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time but this won't affect orders already confirmed.

Privacy

We only use your personal information to process your order and communicate with you about it. We don't sell your data, we don't share it unnecessarily and we don't send spam. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
