RVS Duds is the clothing arm of Ruby Vehicle Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. When we say "we", "us" or "RVS Duds" in this policy, we mean Ruby Vehicle Services Ltd.

We collect some information about you when you place an order or get in touch with us. We use it to process your order and communicate with you. We don't sell it, we don't share it unnecessarily and we don't use it to bombard you with marketing you didn't ask for.

When you place an order or contact us we may collect:

• Your name

• Your delivery address

• Your email address

• Your phone number if you provide it

• Payment information — processed securely through our payment provider, we never see or store your full card details

• Details of your order

If you contact us directly by email we'll also keep a record of that correspondence.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfil your order

• Send you order confirmations and shipping updates

• Respond to any questions or issues you raise with us

• Comply with our legal obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision making or profiling.

Marketing

We will only send you marketing emails if you have specifically opted in to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing deb@rvsduds.com and we'll remove you promptly.

Who we share your information with

We share your information only where necessary to fulfil your order:

Teemill — if your order includes printed on demand products, your name and delivery address will be passed to Teemill to fulfil and ship your order. Teemill have their own privacy policy which covers how they handle your data.

Royal Mail — your name and delivery address will be shared with Royal Mail to deliver your order.

Payment processors — your payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Ever.

How long we keep your information

We keep your order information for seven years in line with HMRC requirements for VAT registered businesses. After that period your data is securely deleted.

If you contact us by email and no order results, we'll keep that correspondence for twelve months and then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you

• Request a copy of your personal data

• Ask us to correct inaccurate data

• Ask us to delete your data where we're not legally required to keep it

• Object to how we're using your data

• Withdraw consent at any time where we're relying on consent to use your data

Cookies

Our website uses cookies — small files stored on your device that help the site function properly. Some are essential for the site to work, others help us understand how people use the site so we can improve it.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Wix, our website platform, may also set their own cookies — please refer to Wix's own privacy policy for details.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Our website is hosted on Wix which maintains industry standard security measures. Payment processing is handled by secure third party providers and we never store card details ourselves.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. We'd encourage you to check back occasionally.

We'd always rather you came to us first though. We're reasonable people and we'll do our best to sort it out.
